Poster submission fee: registration fee (Student or Professional) + PLN 150
Payment of the poster session fee: after acceptance of the abstract by the Scientific Committee
We invite you to present your scientific work during the poster session. A poster presentation will enrich our conference by promoting individual students and PhD students, establishing an open dialogue between participants, sharing experiences, and cooperating with authors and reviewers.
Poster authors will be present during the session to talk about their work. The session also ensures a free exchange of ideas between participants and authors.
Posters will be placed on stands in the main hall of the conference center and will be available on all days of the event. During the poster session (the second day of the conference), we invite authors to stay by their posters, which will allow for a free discussion about their research work and achievements.
The organizer provides poster stands. The participant must print and deliver the poster to the registration at their own expense.

Poster submission process:
1) By May 31, 2025, complete the form below and submit an abstract (in plain text in the form).
2) Abstracts will be sent to the Scientific Committee. Within a few weeks, you will receive information about qualifying for the poster session.
3) From the date of information about qualifying for the poster session, you will have 60 days to register and pay the registration fee plus the poster fee. Remember, you only pay one fee for the poster, regardless of the number of authors. If other authors wish to participate in the poster session, they simply need to register as event participants.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is only possible via bank transfer after registration. No payment will be accepted during the conference.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 250,00 PLN, if the cancellation is submitted until June 30, 2025 (date of Email receipt). Cancellations after this date are not possible.
INVOICE
Once payment has been confirmed, an invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Event Organizer will not be liable to the Event participants in the case of the Event being canceled/interrupted due to force majeure. It is assumed that force majeure means situations (incidents/events and/or effects of these incidents/events) whose occurrence is beyond the control of the Event Organizer and which he could not prevent with due diligence, and in particular incidents/events such as: wars, states of emergency, natural disasters, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, embargo, revolutions, riots and strikes, terrorist incidents, and/or effects of these incidents/events, especially if their occurrence (in particular due to the dynamic nature and variability of the incidents/events causing them) were difficult for the Event Organizer to predict both at the start of the Event and during it. In the incidents of a “force majeure” the Event Organizer will immediately inform participants of its occurrence, especially if, as a result of the force majeure incidents, the Event Organizer will not be able to fulfill its obligations resulting from the organization and continuation of the Event. In the incident that the occurrence of a force majeure prevents the Event from taking place, the participant declares that he/she will not make any claims against the Event Organizer.

How to get there
You can easily access the venue with any type of transportation. Bus and tram stop: Plac Grunwaldzki. Paid parking space can be found in the vicinity of the campus; however, we encourage you to use public transport or taxi service to avoid any inconvenience due to limited space available.
Hotels and accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. A number of hotels of various standards and convenient locations in Wrocław can be found on the search engines.
International airport - Wrocław Strachowice
It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the airport to the city centre. You can either take a Taxi at the terminal exit or use Taxi services such as Uber, Bolt or Freenow. The cost of an Taxi is around 50-80 PLN.
Free time and attractions
Wroclaw is Poland’s fourth-largest city and the capital of the Viovodship of Lower Silesia. Originally (in medieval times) built across several islands, the city still has many lovely bridges and beautiful architecture. The Rynek (central square), lined by colorful buildings, is one of the city’s most popular destinations.
